The guy who was photographed with his hands around his wife's neck in public has written an article in tonight's London Evening Standard expressing utter amazement at the sexism and misogyny of 1960s US advertisements and criticising them for their portrayal of women.
Well I never!

I've not seen the article but in fairness if he stuck to sexism and misogeny then maybe we shouldn't direct our boos and hisses at him just because of his previous strangulatory actions. If however he's uttered one word about violence against women then yeah, string the hypocrite up.
