The definition of stress... discovering that daughter is renting a property from the worst estate agent in Brighton (and having a conversation with the exceptionally rude and facetious manager this morning :(

I hate estate agents - I have twice sacked the twits who were supposed to be selling my house. The first one called my semi-detached cottage a terraced one (losing a whole swathe of potential buyers) and if you had followed the directions of the second one, you would have ended up in the Town Hall!!
ps, I don't like the latest version of word verifiication ...... there is no longer fun to be had making up silly definitions for the "words" that we used to get!!
